what is ergonomics?

The legislation governing home working is the same for office workers in relation to responsibilities. If employees are allowed to, or required to work from home, employers still need to abide by the same regulations pertaining to VDU/DSE legislation.

Provide adequate training.
Have a process in place to assess any risks.
Have an action plan to address these issues.
Any changes to be made to the workstation to meet the requirements must be recorded.
